Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you access the Pineforge website, browse our outdoor and camping collections, place an order, or otherwise use services made available through our store.

Section 01

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting the Pineforge website, browsing our collections, purchasing products or otherwise using services available through the store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order through the store.

Section 02

Store use and eligibility

You may use the Pineforge website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the store.

When submitting information through the store, you are responsible for making sure the details you provide are accurate and complete. This includes information needed to process an order, communicate with you or arrange delivery.

You must not attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, gain unauthorized access to systems or use the store in connection with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Section 03

Product information

Pineforge offers outdoor camping and portable gear across shelter, sleep and comfort, outdoor furniture, cooking and hydration, lighting, storage, portable power and related utility categories.

We aim to present product descriptions, images and other information clearly. Appearance can vary between devices and displays, and product details should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Product availability, specifications, descriptions and pricing may change as the store and catalog are updated.

Section 04

Orders

Placing an order through Pineforge is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. An order is subject to acceptance and successful processing.

We may be unable to complete an order in circumstances such as incorrect product information, payment issues, unavailable items, suspected misuse or information that prevents the order from being processed correctly.

If an order cannot be processed, Pineforge may contact you using the information supplied with the order.

Section 05

Prices and payment

Prices displayed through the store are presented in the format shown at the time of purchase. Applicable charges are displayed during the ordering process before an order is submitted.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for confirming the order details before completing checkout.

Payment processing may involve third-party payment services. Their systems and services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Section 06

Shipping and delivery

Pineforge uses a standard shipping timeframe of 3–5 business days where that timeframe is shown in our store information. Shipping and arrival timing can be affected by destination, carrier handling, order details and circumstances outside the store's direct control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Pineforge is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate shipping information supplied during checkout.

Any delivery estimate is intended as an estimate unless the store expressly states otherwise.

Section 07

Returns, refunds and order concerns

Requests involving returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items or other order concerns are handled according to the information and policies made available by Pineforge at the time of the request.

When contacting us about an order, please provide enough information for the request to be reviewed, such as the relevant order details and a clear description of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

Section 08

Outdoor product use

Camping and outdoor activities can involve changing weather, terrain, heat, open flame, water, electrical equipment and other conditions that require appropriate judgment and care.

You are responsible for reviewing available product information and using equipment in a manner appropriate to the product, environment and activity.

Always follow any instructions, warnings or safety information supplied with the product and use reasonable care when operating cooking, lighting, power or utility equipment outdoors.

Section 09

Website content and intellectual property

The Pineforge name, website presentation, written content, graphics and other store materials may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Unless permission is provided or applicable law allows it, store content may not be reproduced, redistributed or used for commercial purposes in a way that suggests an unauthorized association with Pineforge.

Section 10

Third-party services

Parts of the store may rely on services provided by third parties, including payment, hosting, delivery or other technologies that support the shopping experience.

Pineforge does not control every third-party system. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to terms, conditions or privacy practices provided by those parties.

Section 11

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Pineforge website or services in a way that could damage the store, interfere with another person's use of the store, violate applicable law or compromise security.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using false or misleading information in connection with an order.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
  • Introducing malicious code or intentionally harmful material.
  • Using automated methods in a way that disrupts normal store operation.
  • Using the website for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
Section 12

Service availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or store experience when reasonably necessary for maintenance, catalog changes, technical reasons or other operational needs.

Although we work to keep the store accessible, continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be assured in every circumstance.

Section 13

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Pineforge website and store services are provided without promises beyond those expressly stated through the store or required by law.

Pineforge does not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. Any limitation in these terms should be interpreted only to the extent legally permitted.

Section 14

Changes to these terms

Pineforge may revise these Terms of Service when the store, services, legal requirements or operating practices change.

Updated terms become applicable when they are published through the store, subject to any additional requirements imposed by applicable law.

Continued use of the store after updated terms are published means the updated terms will apply to your future use of the website, except where applicable law requires a different process.
